Line up the five versions of Not Guilty and one seat sits above the others. The armchair QX223R00S sits on the Leggera base, a swivel star of four polished aluminium spokes 680 mm across, and its seat adjusts from 50 to 62 cm; every other model, the boss chair included, stays lower. For a visitor who prefers to sit up rather than sink in, or a table taller than usual, that is the version to look at. It swivels with height adjustment, as the Skill armchair does.
Cristian Gori designed the series for Quinti, a maker based in Cesa, in the province of Arezzo, and on our boss chairs page it is led by the QX222700S. That high-back model measures 120-128 cm, its seat travels from 46 to 54 cm, and it stands on the Skill star, five spokes of polished aluminium 70 cm in diameter, on castors. The M5 tilt is the standard mechanism, with the M3 or M4 available as alternatives. Dressed in hide instead of fabric, it turns into a leather executive chair with nothing else in the specification altered.
The other three armchairs differ in what holds them up. One stands on Skill again, four aluminium spokes on glides, swivelling with height adjustment; one rotates on four spokes of lacquered timber, walnut NC, natural RN, moka RT or open-pore black NP; one rests on four tapered legs, lacquered black (V6) or in a Quinti colour (VQ) from four pieces. We set them opposite the boss chair for visitors and around the meeting table of an executive cabin, in the same cover as the high back. La Mercanti notes in the offer which base each armchair gets.
72 × 72 cm, width by depth, for the QX222700S. Inside that outline the seat itself is 50 cm wide and 45 cm deep. Both figures come from the dimension table in Quinti’s 2026 tariff for this series.
A rigid polyurethane that bears the load, coupled with cold-foamed padding. Quinti says the pairing gives comfort and allows a quick, low-impact disposal once the chair has reached the end of its use.
Two options: black, coded V6, or a colour from the Quinti range, coded VQ. The colour option applies to the QX223100S armchair and needs at least four pieces in a single order, as Quinti’s 2026 tariff specifies.
Two families. Pelle Premium Up and Elegance, category 7, are full-grain bovine leathers 1.2-1.4 mm thick; Pelle Seta, category 8, is a full-grain bovine leather with aniline tanning, 1.8-2 mm thick.
Cristian Gori. His name sits next to the series in Quinti’s 2026 tariff and on the product page, within the brand’s Executive collection, and it covers all five versions, from the boss chair to the armchair standing on tapered legs.
From the standard twin-tread nylon wheel to rubber, self-braking or polo castors and nylon glides: five steps through the options Quinti lists for Not Guilty.
As supplied, Not Guilty rolls on black nylon castors with a twin tread, 65 mm in diameter. They come on the five-spoke Skill star of the high-back chair and on every other version ordered with wheels.
On request the nylon wheel gives way to rubber: black rubber-tread castors coded R06, or grey ones with a chrome casing, coded R07. Both mount on the same 11 mm pin as the standard castor.
R06A keeps the black rubber tread of the R06 and adds self-braking. It is one of the castor alternatives Quinti lists for Not Guilty, mounted on the same 11 mm pin as the rest.
The polo castor has a rubber tread and an open hole through the middle of the wheel, which makes it easy to recognise. It is the fourth alternative on the Quinti list, fitted on the standard 11 mm pin.
R08 swaps the castors for black nylon glides on the same pin. On the four-spoke polished armchair the choice is coded directly in the order: 4P for glides, 4R for castors.
