Why does the MD cabin come with a bathroom on your site?
Because in India it usually does in real life. The attached washroom is part of the managing director's cabin, and when the cabin gets Italian furniture and the washroom keeps the developer's fittings, everyone who walks through the door notices the step down. So we specify both: Fantini and Gessi fittings, Mutina tiles, vanities and mirrors that belong to the same room as the desk. One drawing, one shipment, one standard from the door to the last tile.
Our boardroom is nine metres long: do Italian tables come in our sizes?
Yes, because they are made to order, not taken off a shelf. Most Italian executive and meeting collections are built in the length, depth and configuration the drawing asks for, in metric, with cable management and finishes chosen at order. A nine-metre table arrives in sections engineered to be joined on site, with the maker's assembly drawing. The size that matters is the one you send us; the catalogue only shows where each collection starts.
Is the furniture Italian-made, or Italian-designed and made elsewhere?
Every piece is ordered from the manufacturer that designs and produces it, and travels with that maker's documentation and warranty. Most of the houses we work with are Italian; a few are European specialists in seating and acoustics whose origin is stated on the article page, never hidden. We do not relabel, and we do not source lookalikes: if the maker is not on the article page, we do not sell it.
How are you different from an importer with a showroom in Mumbai?
A showroom sells what it has on the floor and in the warehouse. We sell what your project needs, ordered from the factory in your size and finish, from more than sixty makers rather than the two or three a showroom can afford to stock. What you give up is touching the piece today; what you gain is the exact piece, with full documentation, and a specialist who has run the same import a hundred times. How to run one furniture project across three Indian cities from a single desk
Five steps for a rollout to Bengaluru, Mumbai and Gurugram that looks like one company, not three.
Write the standard once
One specification per room type: the MD cabin, the boardroom, the workstation cluster, the reception. Sizes, finishes and makers fixed centrally, quantities left to each city.
One contact, three site owners
Name the person who decides and one site owner per city who confirms access, lift size and dates. Decisions travel from the centre; facts travel from the site.
Sequence the shipments
Order together, ship in the sequence the sites become ready, so nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for a floor that is still being painted.
Install with local partners, to one drawing
Each city gets the same assembly drawings and photographs of the approved standard, so the boardroom in Gurugram is set out exactly like the one in Mumbai.
Sign off by photograph
Before the crew leaves, the site owner sends photographs against the standard. One project file, three cities, and a fourth city becomes a copy, not a new project.
