The bridge between Italian design and a schedule that actually holds

Specifying imported furniture for an Indian project usually forces a compromise nobody enjoys: the design you want, or the date you promised. Stock is what closes that gap. The pieces a manufacturer keeps on the shelf are not a discount range — they are the most-requested part of the current collection, in the sizes and finishes most projects choose, produced in advance rather than after your order. Same series, same manufacture, a schedule that a project manager can defend in a review meeting.

What stock does not remove is the paperwork, and we would rather be plain about it: from order to dispatch expect seven to ten days — registration with the manufacturer, release to the warehouse, picking and packing, since stored goods are often not yet packed — with transit added on top for the leg to your site. The exact date is confirmed in writing at order confirmation.

Italian-made office furniture, chosen from ranges we know piece by piece, with availability verified before you commit — so the specification you sign is the one that arrives.

FAQ

What happens if the quantity we need exceeds what is on the shelf?
You get the real numbers and choose: ship the available quantity now and follow with the balance, or wait for a single consignment. On a phased fit-out the first option usually wins, because a floor in use earns while a floor in waiting does not.
Can a large office be furnished in stages using stock?
Yes, and it is the most common approach for multi-floor projects: one zone at a time, so operations continue while the next area is fitted. Each stage gets its own availability check rather than relying on one taken months earlier.
Can we order from India directly, with delivery to site?
Yes. The order is placed and coordinated with the manufacturer and shipped to the agreed address; transit time is added to the preparation days and stated in advance so your programme is built on real figures.
Can we inspect a piece before committing to a quantity?
Material samples can be requested and their cost is credited in full at order confirmation. Where the deadline is genuinely tight, we will say plainly if a sample round costs more days than it adds.
How long does a model stay available once we have seen it listed?
There is no guaranteed duration — the warehouse moves with every customer's orders. An availability answer is true for the moment it is given, which is why it is re-checked immediately before an order is placed.

How to get an availability answer you can build a plan on

An availability reply is only as useful as it is specific. Five steps to a usable answer.

Name the exact model and version
Give the range, the size and the finish. Availability is tracked per version, so a request without the version cannot be answered.
State the quantity in the same message
Whether two units or forty are available are different questions. Quantity belongs in the first enquiry, not the third.
Offer an acceptable alternative
Say which second finish or model would also work. This single line often unlocks a solution that would otherwise never surface.
Record the date of the answer
Note when the availability was confirmed. It describes a moment in time, not a standing condition.
Re-check immediately before ordering
Ask for confirmation again just before the order is placed, particularly for larger quantities.
