Our project is a campus with a clubhouse and a landscaped plaza. Do you handle all of it?
That is what this page is for. Office and contract are our trade; lighting, rugs, outdoor living, fitness, kitchens, doors and design icons are the houses we add when the brief is larger than the office floor. One supplier from Italy to site means one proposal, one shipment plan and one partner answering for every item — phased tower by tower if that is how the site is built.
Why is there no price beside most of these products?
Because the product does not exist yet. Until sizes, finishes, quantities and destination are fixed, a rug or a lighting scheme is only a catalogue page, and a price attached to a catalogue page is a guess. Put the scope in the enquiry form and the proposal comes back priced for what you actually described, organised for your phases rather than as a list you have to reassemble.
Can you confirm the piece is an original and not a copy?
Yes, through its provenance. An original is still in production at the house whose drawing it was, and that house attaches what it always attaches — a maker's mark, an edition number, a certificate — using the materials of the original drawing. Since we purchase from those houses without intermediaries, the documentation travels with the piece. A copy is cheaper precisely because it carries nothing of this.
We are the consultants on the project. How do you work with us?
For your specification, never around it. You prescribe and hold the client relationship; our side is technical verification, catalogues, finish samples where the house supplies them — chargeable, with the amount set off in full at order confirmation — and a proposal directed to whoever you name. Your client receives nothing you have not reviewed.
How to send an enquiry that comes back organised for your phases
Every house on this page has an enquiry form of its own. Four steps so that the proposal fits the way the project is actually built.
Start from the section that matches the space
Sections group makers by product type — lighting, outdoor, kitchens and so on. Open the house's catalogue; if the product is there, use that form.
State city, scope and timeline
In «Your project» write the site city, the spaces involved, the quantities and the phase they belong to. A clubhouse lounge due in phase two is one brief; a single lounge chair is another.
Choose India as the shipping country and leave a number
Destination sets transport and documents. A WhatsApp number means a finish or a dimension gets confirmed in one message.
Expect a phased proposal
The reply lists items, configurations and prices per phase; the delivery date is fixed in writing as soon as the order is confirmed. Finish samples, where the house supplies them, are chargeable and set off in full against the order.
