The language holds because the architecture does: portal legs of tapered veneered solid wood, tops bordered by a mitred frame, flip-lid power units where the room needs them. At the executive end, the matching desk by Gianantonio Perin and Giorgio Topan adds its quiet intelligence — a sliding leather pad opening a concealed compartment, and front screens in three heights, solid or louvred, that dose how much of the cabin a visitor reads.

Around them, the collection completes the floor: sideboards at 74 cm on feet, wardrobes to 270 cm, pedestals mobile or wide. Nine oaks — two exclusive to Arche, titanium and dove grey — plus lacquers, ecomalta and glass, in four curated moods. Can the meeting room grow without changing language?
That is Arche's premise: the family runs from a ø 120 round for four to a 480 cm top for eighteen with the same portal legs, oak palette and leather insert. When the company scales, the next size up already matches everything in the room.
Which sizes fit which teams?
Four sit at the round or the 120 square, eight at the 160 square, eight to ten at 240-276, twelve at 320 and eighteen at the full 480. Choosing is a headcount exercise, not a design risk.
What makes the desk more than a table?
Two details: the leather pad that slides open over a concealed compartment — phone, keys, papers out of sight in one gesture — and front screens in three heights, solid or louvred, that decide what a visitor sees of the cabin.

List the real formats — 1:1s, project reviews, full leadership — and give each its size: round for four, 160 for eight, 320 for twelve. Leave the 480 slot in the plan even if it comes later; the palette will still match.
Keep one leg, one oak, one insert
Portal legs, a single oak tone and the leather insert are what make the family read as one. Fix those three and every future purchase lands coherent.
Put power under flip-lids
Specify the flip-lid units at the seats that host laptops: closed they disappear, open they save the daisy-chain of extension cords across the top.
