For multi-cabin campuses, we strongly recommend the client's interior head sees the samples under the site's actual lighting conditions, as conference room presentations under artificial light have historically led to revision requests.

The Jera multi-function top-access unit ships with European Type F sockets. For Indian installations where IS 1293-standard sockets are required at the desktop, this must be raised with the MEP consultant at the time of electrical design — not during snag. The USB charging ports and RJ45 Cat.6 data ports in the unit are universal and require no adaptation. For most Indian corporate environments where the director connects primarily via laptop and wireless peripherals, the USB and data ports fully address desk-level connectivity requirements, and the European sockets function with standard travel adaptors for international visitors. Delivery timelines to Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune and other cities are confirmed in writing at order stage, together with the last-mile plan. Production begins only after the signed order and advance payment are received; we do not hold production slots. Indian corporate projects frequently encounter site readiness delays — if the cabin civil work or false ceiling is not complete at the time of furniture delivery, we coordinate storage options for the consignment until the site is ready — agreed in advance, with any costs confirmed in writing. Coordinate your furniture delivery date with the civil contractor's handover date, not with the occupancy date — furniture installation must precede snag, not follow it.

This is advice born from experience on Indian projects. The final sign-off on an MD cabin is almost always revisited if the MD sees the installed furniture for the first time after the facilities team has already accepted it. It is far more productive — and avoids post-installation revision requests — to schedule the final walkthrough with the director or MD present. Our installation team is on site for the walkthrough; any minor adjustments to configuration, cable routing, or storage arrangement are addressed then, not via a subsequent service call. For the director who has been involved in the furniture selection process, this moment is also the formal conclusion of a significant investment decision. We treat it accordingly.
