Alegre Design counts its work in launched products: over 200

Two hundred is not a portfolio number, it is a launch record. Since 2001 Alegre Design of Valencia has brought more than 200 products to market with companies around the world — and the figure gains meaning when broken down: sanitary ware, lighting, childcare, furniture fittings, school and office furniture, even industrial equipment. Every launch survived engineering, costing and production, the parts of design the public never sees. The studio has run on the same two engines for over twenty years, Andrés Baldoví and Marcelo Alegre, both Head Designers, collecting three Red Dot Design Awards along the way.
