Aventador prints them: the covering card is organised in declared categories from 2 to 8, so the same chair can be specified in a technical polyester at one end or in Pelle Seta — full-grain aniline leather, 1.8 to 2 mm thick — at the other. Between them sit recycled polyesters, Trevira CS, English worsted wool and three Rubelli fabrics. The ladder is on the sheet; the budget conversation becomes a choice, not a negotiation.
What never changes is the chair. Alegre Design anchored the synchronised mechanism and the backrest to die-cast aluminium armrests — the declared fulcrum of the structure — over a 700 mm base, with the anatomical seat and its standard depth slider. High or medium back, castors or glides. La Mercanti quotes the full ladder for Indian projects, so a floor can mix categories without mixing chairs.

How do the covering categories work on Aventador?
Quinti declares each covering with its category, from 2 to 8, together with composition and abrasion cycles. Category is the price band: the chair, its mechanism and its warranty stay identical across all of them.
Which covering suits a high-traffic cabin?
Look at the declared Martindale figures rather than the price band: One Recicle runs to 100,000 cycles and carries the 1IM rating, Laser and Jet to 80,000. The data sheet states the number for every cloth.
Is a leather Aventador very different from a fabric one?
Structurally not at all — the aluminium fulcrum, seat and mechanism are shared. Leather options span category 5/6, Premium full grain at 1.2-1.4 mm and Pelle Seta aniline at 1.8-2 mm, each declared with its thickness.
What supports the backrest over years of use?
A die-cast aluminium band, locked into the armrests, carries the steel and differentiated-density polyurethane back. The gas column is rated above level 4 of DIN 4550 — the highest step the standard describes.
Can the same model serve cabins and meeting rooms?
