Plenty of furniture is described as Italian. mdf italia says something more specific about Array: production is entirely carried out in Italy, and the company connects that choice to the product's carbon footprint, alongside the use of recycled materials. Origin here is an environmental argument, not only a badge.
The rest follows the same logic: an injection-moulded base in recycled polypropylene left hollow inside to use less material, seat and backrest in 51% recycled polyurethane, and a product that can be completely taken apart. Array is designed by Snøhetta and holds the XXIX Compasso d'Oro ADI.
