Bespoke: size, colour, finish
Meeting rooms multiply as a company grows — and each one usually gets a different table. I-Meet by Las Mobili, designed by Nikolas Chachamis, replaces that patchwork with one system: terminal and central legs that combine along pre-drilled 50 x 20 mm beams, assembled with fast taper-screw connections, configuring square and rectangular tables for small and medium meeting rooms up to the large board room. One family, every door in the corridor.
Two registers on the same structure: 30 mm MDF tops in 3d-foil with smoothed corners — Grey Elm, Bali Walnut, Black, Wengé, White, Grey Beige — or the representation move, 12 mm tempered glass rear-lacquered in Black, polished edges, fixed by steel plates bonded underneath. Legs in 70 x 20 mm steel, matt black or polished chrome, on Ø 60 mm adjustable feet.
Power everywhere, cables nowhere
Below deck, the room keeps its own technical closet: the under-top wire management container, an MDF bay in the table finishes, anchors risers, cable runs and schuko, voice and data sockets to an internal channel and swallows every excess metre of cable. Reach it from above through the dual-tilting aluminium top access (with or without sockets, black dust brush) or laterally through the snap-open panel. Terminal legs close the ends; central legs carry the middle; pre-drilled 50 x 20 mm beams connect them with fast taper-screw fittings. Aggregating modules produces square or rectangular tables sized for small rooms, medium rooms and the large board room — and when the room changes purpose, the same components recombine instead of being replaced.
They live in a dedicated bay under the top: the wire management container, in MDF finished like the table, with an internal channel where schuko, voice and data sockets anchor and excess cable coils out of sight. Access comes from above through the top access or from the side through the snap-open panel — so IT services the room without disturbing it.
When the room represents the company. The 12 mm tempered glass is rear-lacquered — the colour cannot be scratched off — with polished edges and steel plates bonded underneath, so the surface shows no hardware; with polished chrome legs it is the boardroom register. The 30 mm 3d-foil tops carry daily use with warmth, in six finishes. The structure underneath is the same.
Rooms that live on laptops take the socket version: power and data surface exactly where people sit, behind a dual-tilting aluminium flap with a dust brush. Rooms with installed AV take the socketless lid — clean surface, technology below deck. Choose per room; both fit the same bay.
Because the meeting room is a set, not a piece: the credenza on ring-shaped legs keeps documents, catering and spare equipment at hand; the lectern with chrome-effect trim and cable-ways hosts townhalls and councils. Ordered together, foils, handles and metals stay coherent. Finish samples are available; the cost is fully credited when the order is confirmed.

List every meeting space and its headcount: the terminal/central leg logic covers square and rectangular tables from four seats to the board table. One module standard now means reconfiguration later is an order, not a project.
