The meeting table that carries power in its own supports
Power at a long meeting table is usually solved twice: once by the furniture and once by an electrician with a trunking system. The multiple D1 table answers with a component that is already part of the structure — an intermediate support in welded steel tube, shaped as an open ring, which can be wired and is fitted with removable sheet metal housings.
The open ring is the point: cables run through the structural element itself, and the covers come off for service without dismantling the table. On a floor being handed over to a corporate tenant, that is the difference between a clean commissioning and a week of retrofitting.
The configuration is declared: two tops, three pairs of profiles, a kit of four supports and the intermediate support. Around it the same series covers the operative desk and the executive desk, with accessories that include a powered rail, a powered cable grommet, wireless charging and a double USB socket.
