Before the meeting starts, the room has already spoken — and the loudest object in it is the chair behind the desk. Jera Chair by Las Mobili, designed by Orlandini Design, gives that object the right vocabulary: a modern executive chair, comfortable and enveloping, with clear, decisive shapes enhanced — as the manufacturer puts it — by smooth upholstery or sewn bands. The quilted version adds a padded resin layer with 150 g/m² velvet backing and hand-crafted tone-on-tone stitching: the tailored register, built into the seat.
Three back heights write the hierarchy: high for the presidential cabin, medium for everyday leadership — the only version accepting the optional headrest — low for meeting tables. One enveloping monocoque underlies all three: internal metal structure in cold-foamed flexible polyurethane at 70 ±5 kg/m³, CFC- and HCFC-free, flame-retardant Class 1 (manufacturer data), on a polished die-cast aluminium five-star base Ø 670 mm with self-braking Ø 50 mm twin-tread castors. Movement is a choice of two mechanisms: GOL free-floating tilt with gas lift and 360° swivel, or GOA lockable in 4 positions with crank tension and anti-shock lever. Gas columns conform to DIN 4550 above level 4 — manufacturer data.
From the cabin to the boardroom
The family continues past the desk: visitor versions place the same low-back shell on a die-cast pyramid base (520 x 520 mm, 360° swivel plate) or a chromed Ø 11 mm steel sled, and the tub version equips the council room with a laterally hinged seat tipping up 93° for row stacking, plus an optional right-hand writing tablet with anti-panic joint. Upholstery spans fourteen options from the LAS colour folder — fabrics, Ecopelle, leather, and customer's own fabric. Product certificates can be downloaded on this page.

High back is the presidential register, with the padded seat cushion as standard; medium back serves everyday leadership — same cushion, and it is the only version that accepts the optional upholstered headrest; low back belongs at meeting tables, where the person should read taller than the chair. One monocoque family, three registers: the hierarchy is stated without changing design language.
GOL for executives who want zero settings: free-floating tilt without locks, gas height, 360° swivel. GOA for those who tune the chair: 4 locking positions, crank-adjusted tension, anti-shock lock/release lever. Both run on gas columns conforming to DIN 4550 above level 4, as declared by the manufacturer — specify per person, not per floor.

Yes. The visitor versions carry the same low-back shell on a die-cast pyramid base with 360° swivel plate or on a chromed steel sled; the tub version equips council rooms with a seat that tips up 93° on lateral hinges — rows can be stacked — and an optional writing tablet with anti-panic joint. Desk, guest side and boardroom in one language.
Fourteen options from the LAS colour folder: Poli, Ecopelle, Crepe, Stretch, Melange, Trevi, Lana, the Gabriel and Flukso families, leather — plus customer's own fabric for projects with a textile identity. Choose smooth or quilted, and match castors to floors: hard on carpet, soft on stone. Physical samples are available and their cost is fully credited when the order is confirmed.
For admin heads and architects: five Jera Chair decisions from the corner cabin to the council room.
High back to the presidential cabin, medium to everyday leadership (with the headrest option), low to meeting tables. Same monocoque, three registers — the hierarchy reads itself.
GOL free tilt for no-settings comfort; GOA with 4 locks, crank tension and anti-shock lever for fine tuners. Gas columns conform to DIN 4550 above level 4 — manufacturer data.
Pyramid or sled visitor chairs before the desk; tub chairs in the council room with 93° tip-up seats for row stacking and optional anti-panic writing tablets.
Fourteen coverings including leather and customer's own fabric; the quilted version adds velvet-backed padding with tone-on-tone stitching. Match castors to floors: hard on carpet, soft on hard surfaces.
Approve physical samples under your own light — the cost is fully credited at order confirmation — then fix heights, mechanisms, coverings and castors in writing.
