Orlandini Design — an idea is not finished until it is produced

Orlandini Design, industrial design studio of Folco and Paolo Orlandini — designers of Las Mobili Jera, Monolith and Jera Chair

«Ideas are our precious raw material, but they must be transformed into tangible objects»: for Orlandini Design a project ends at serial production, not at the presentation. The studio follows the work from the first spark, through every obstacle, to the line — which is why the products are drawn with the factory already in mind, and why they can be made reliably and at scale. Folco Orlandini (Grosseto, 1972; Milan Polytechnic) has worked since 2009 with his father Paolo and a team of young designers.

On La Mercanti that thinking arrives as three Las Mobili collections: Jera, Monolith and the Jera Chair.
