How does a tiled wall genuinely replace commissioned art?
By being what art is: original and unrepeatable. Diarama's color is a kiln reaction - one glaze fired over different colored clay bodies, declared V4 variation, glazes naturally non-homogeneous - so no two tiles match and no two walls in the world are identical. Is the variation manageable with Indian site crews?
Yes, with one written rule: draw tiles alternately from several boxes and blend attentively - the datasheet's own discipline, one line in the BOQ. The six official laying schemes (random, alternating, running bond - horizontal or vertical) give the crew a clear drawing to follow while the color does its work. Order extra samples at approval stage so the client signs off on the declared V4 amplitude before installation, not after.
Does it survive lobby traffic, cleaning and outdoor exposure?
The declared numbers say yes for its declared home - walls: stain class 5 (the top grade), chemical attack resisted, neutral-detergent cleaning, and for exteriors frost resistance with absorption under 0.5% - courtyard walls and entrance façades stand monsoon and heat cycles without fading, since color is fired glaze, not paint.
