One family — two shells, three aluminium bases — covers the meeting table, the executive office, waiting and visitor seating, even the residential workspace. For the facility team that means one care protocol: the same weekly low-power vacuuming, the same stain rules, the same leather precautions, learned once and applied everywhere.

The chair itself, designed by Lievore Altherr Molina in 2017 on the lines of the Catifa icon, keeps choices legible: standard shell or Soft with double frontal cushion, trestle on glides or castors, five-spoke with gas lift, coverings from fabric to the customer's own leather. For Indian projects, La Mercanti delivers the room schedule together with the care sheet, with delivery times confirmed in writing at order confirmation.

The manufacturer advises cleaning with a low-power vacuum, preferably once a week: dust and dirt are what wear a fabric out, not the sitting.
How are the coated-fabric versions cleaned?
Regular dusting with a microfibre cloth; stains with a cloth dampened in tepid water or neutral soap. Abrasives, ethyl alcohol and solvent-based detergents are excluded.
