Lievore Altherr Molina work for some twenty manufacturers

The studio's declared field of work is unusually precise: Spain, Germany and Italy, three manufacturing cultures, one drawing table. Its client list runs to roughly twenty companies and crosses categories without ceremony — seating houses, lighting brands, a childcare label, a historic chair maker. Lievore Altherr Molina has been a partnership since 1991, and the three partners teach where they live, which explains the method they describe: form as the outcome of constraints, never as a style applied afterwards.
